can anyone help with answers to Q10 chapter 5 unit 21 please!!!

What exactly is the question?? If it is how long should documents be kept for, then items relating to payroll, Inland revenue/HM customs and excise (basically all the accounting documents such as invoices/receipts/payments etc) need to be kept for 6 years from the companies year end as this is the time scale in which the government bodies can go back and recoup any underpayments etc, or in rare cases make refunds!<BR><BR>If it is items such as quotations, letters etc it is down to the individual company to set its criteria.<BR><BR>Hope this helps.<BR><BR>Tracy0
