Hi, <BR>I am thinking about doing the technician stage as home study. I have done the foundation and intermediate at college.<BR>Does anyone recommend it? If so, do I have to pay a fee to my local college or something to sit my exams there??<BR><BR>

    Hi<BR><BR>I did all of intermediate and technician by home study, though i did do a revision course for DFS. If your used to college you'll probably find home study a big step, but it can be done!<BR><BR>As for exams, the booklet that comes with all exam entry forms has a list of centres/colleges that will take external candidates (candidates that are not their own students). You choose a center from the list and enter in on the exam entry form. Some colleges that aren't on the list will also take external candidates but you would need to check with them first and these centres may charge you their own fee in addition.<BR><BR>Neil
