The theme that you come up with does it have to be a problem that is within your work place now or can it be a problem that has already been but sorted out within the last 6 months.<BR><BR>Basically my problem is, is that at my workplace there were a few things that needed 'tweaking' but as my financail controller and me are both fairley new here we have already done the trouble shooting thing and ironed out any creases.<BR><BR>What i was wondering is if i could use one the solutions that we have already come up and implemented, but do the report as though it never has been done and i'm doing it now..(if you see what i mean)...<BR><BR>Does anyone know if this is allowed, it's not as though i havne't done the research thing i just did it all about 6 months ago.<BR><BR>Many thanks=<BR>Treale

If you took part in the 'tweaking' then yes!<BR><BR>I am doing mine on my credit control system. I set up a new system to try and improve how quickly the money was coming in. I started the system about a year ago (when I knew about the project) but haven't done the project yet. Even though I am now a year down the line I will still be writing about the new system as its only now that I can fully assess the results.<BR><BR>Even if your system hasn't worked (not saying it hasn't) you should still use it. I'm not sure if mine has yet as I haven't down the ratio analysis yet but I will just say the system was introduced, this is what we did, but the results show that it is still not bringing in the money any quicker.<BR><BR>Hope that helps you?<BR><BR>Sarah.0 -
