Hi,

I passed my DFS in June and hoped to start ACCA and sit exams in the December 2005 sitting, but when my statement of achivement came through it showed me as not completeing the project, but I completed and handed it in months ago.

After speaking to AAT and my college it appears the project results got ''lost in the post'' when they were sent to the AAT, meaning my statement of achievement was incomplete and I therefore could not apply for my exemptions. After chasing my college and AAT I have now got my completed statement of achievement but it is passed the deadline for the December exams.

The ACCA have said I prob won't be able to sit the exams, I am so annoyed because after working hard on passing the Technician I now have to wait until June to sit the next exams because my college or the AAT have co*ked up.

Just wondering if anyone else is the same boat as me?
Problems starting on ACCA??

    Hi

Ive heard of the college results not reaching the AAT before, I had a similar issue with the additional queastions for a simulation being sent to the wrong email address rsulting in the final sign off nearly missing the deadlin.

Have any of your fellow students had the same issue? If its something that has affected them all, perhaps you could take it up with the college? Compensation, even if only a token?

Neil
