hello fellow students,<BR><BR>need help with personal tax what do you do with interest received and what rate of tax is it calculated at?<BR><BR>also what about fuel?<BR><BR>cheers<BR>

    Interest received is taxed under bank and building society interest at 10%, 20% and 40% depending on where the income comes in the tax band. It is calculated after any employment income etc.<BR><BR>What about fuel?<BR><BR>Annette
