Hi all,

I can't see that anyone else has started a thread on this subject yet, so here goes. I've found the pass rates for the AAT exams taken in June. They make interesting reading.....

Exam Pass Rate (%) Previous exam
PEV 68.7 63.1
PCR 68 69.2
DFS 59.7 70.2
DFSC 72.2 --
DFSL 72 31.6
BTC 82.4 72.8
PTC 76 82.3

Over all 3 levels, 7 exam pass rates went up, 3 went down (as you can see, all on technician!!!)

The pass rates are indeed the number of people who passed, I am not sure where we would find the % required to pass a paper.

I obtained all of the pass rates from the September 2005 edition of PQ Magazine, page 8.

AAT don't release the % needed to pass the paper.

    Hi,

Yes, I also receive the PQ magazine and Pass magazines at my home address, you need to go to their websites, go to google search for both and it will give you the links to both websites. I think not sure that PQ mag is at www.pqaccountant.co.uk but as I said not sure. Get used to the habit of using google search engine, it works if you are looking for work too, just key in part time accountancy work and it gives you links to accountancy age and all the others.

Regards,

gaffarn

The PQ mag website is www.pqaccountant.com and just click on 'free mag'. It's quite useful to have actually.
