I failed part 2 of my main exam however i passed all my skills tests except one which i was absent for and taking in Dec. i did not like my college and i am retaking foundation this year elsewhere. can i carry my skills tests results over so i do not have to resit all of them just the one i missed? also when i rang AAT they said they had no results of my skills tests but my old college claim they sent them i had my results slip but unfortunatly lost the paper and since AAT believe there is not results i cant really have a copy. what can i do??? so confused!

SKILLS TESTS
Hi, I've just started intermediate level (came in foundation room for a nosy!) and there is a guy thats joined us who did part of the intermediate last year but needs to do the rest of it; which I would have thought the same rule would apply for foundation so whatever you've already completed should still count; and you'll probably just have to resit the parts you failed.

As for AAT having no record of your skills tests etc. you really need to get onto your college about that - if you left them in their care to forward then it is their responsibility to help you find out where they went and how to resolve it. At the minute some people in our class have realised that aat have no record of our health&safety/personal effectiveness portfolios which we too handed into college and entrusted them.

Thes best thing you could do is to ring your college or the AAT up and check whether your skills tests will still count - and keep ringing them about your portfolios!0 -

Hi

Get your college to confirm that they have sent te details off. Once the AAT have received them, they are more or less set in stone, so you shouldnt have a problem completing at another college.

I did technician through 3 different providers!

Neil0 -
