Unit 10 - Research Question for All In Accountancy Practices

Hi<BR><BR>I am going to review the way our managers supervise our work for my unit 10 project. <BR><BR>Can people please let me know how its done in their workplace? <BR><BR>Currently our managers plan work a quarter in advance and then just have an idea in their heads of who is working on what jobs.<BR><BR>I was thinking of developing a database but just wanted to find out how other firms track work so that I might be able to discuss several possible options.<BR><BR>Any responses would be greatly appreciated!<BR><BR>Thanks, Omega<BR><BR><BR>

    Hi Omega<BR><BR>Where I work it is set out on a colour chart done on Excel so that we know where everyone is on a certain date and then it is detailed on a seperate sheet (colour charted again) to detail what that person is doing.<BR><BR>Hope its of some help<BR>Eva
