I am having trouble in picking a topic for my management report. I work as an accounts admin, but I am still finding it very difficult.<BR>I did not know if anyone would be able to give me bullet points or brief outlines of what they have chosen. <BR>Just so I can get some idea of what others may be doing.<BR><BR>The problem with my work place is that there is such little risk of fraud, or even improvement as the Director of the company is also an accountant so he covers almost everything, where problems are or fraud can take place.<BR><BR>I would be very grateful if someone could help.<BR>

<BR>There's always something!<BR><BR>Is the Director solely in charge? If he's an accountant and it's only him running the place, he could be fiddling things.<BR><BR>I work for a practice, so I did it on a client. I chose a family run business - obviously the Director could quite easily be fiddling the books to pay less tax as ultimately it's his business. There are not any shareholders to ask why profits are down or anything like that.<BR><BR>Also there are random things, like staff turning up on time. If everyone arrives 5 minutes late and leaves 5 minutes early, there's obviously nothing in place to make sure they're even at work!0 -
