Hello all<BR><BR>the small company i work for has reached its yr end and our accountant wants me to send him various items from sage including<BR><BR>"reconciliations for main balance sheet items - paye,salaries, fixed asset additions and disposals"<BR><BR>any help given on these items would be appreciated<BR><BR><BR>

    Hello<BR><BR>I would imagine that your accounts would like the nominal activity printouts of <BR><BR>Bank reconciliation<BR>List of Trade debtors per Sage<BR>List of Trade creditors per Sage<BR>VAT input, output and liability<BR>Wages control account<BR>PAYE control account<BR>Repairs & maintenance<BR>Suspense account<BR>Sundry accounts<BR>Fixed asset additions<BR>Any other nominal account which has unusual postings.<BR><BR>We usually ask in addition to the above the bank statement, both current & deposit accounts ensuring that you include post year end statements too; Copies of the VAT returns; Wage records.<BR><BR>Iâ??m sure there are other items we request, but itâ??s really dependent on how good the clientâ??s maintain their records.<BR><BR>Regards<BR>

    help needed!!

    Accountants usually have their own copy of sage. Therefore all they would require from you is a copy of the back up taken before the year end. They can then print off any reports they wish.<BR><BR>Hope this helps,<BR>Paula
