Hi i work in accounts for a big gambling company.<BR><BR>My role is to take daily figures, for bets placed and payout (for an onlie casino, betting TV channel, and telehone/internet bookmakers)and determine a gross profit and compile lists of daily big loosers and winners, put it in reports and make the info user friendly for the managers.<BR><BR>My problem is that were a new ish company (that was set up very well from a processes point of view)and I cant think of anthing that could be improved on(because the guy b4 me who set up my job and the reports was v.good)<BR><BR>I would appreciate any suggestions as I dont want to have to do the AAT version of the project as ive heard its a waste of time.<BR><BR>Please, pleasse help

    <BR>Is there anything from a non financial point of view, ie staffing that you could do?<BR><BR><BR>Or maybe you could create a problem and the solution could be to implement what you have now, so at least your evaluation would be real!

    Hi there, <BR><BR>I am working on my project as well and we have the same situation. I really can not think of any problem in the system. I guess Lilibeth is right. That is a good idea Lilibeth... I might perhaps consider it. xxx
