Oyster Student discount?

Hi there...<BR><BR>I want sign up for an Oyster to travel the tube but just curious can AAT members get recognised as students on a FT/PT course?

    Hi, <BR>I've had a quick dig around, and I found this page on the TFL website:<BR><BR>http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/fares-tickets/2005/photocards/18-info.shtml<BR><BR>This applies to colleges rather than to individual students, but it might be worth a try taking this to your college and seeing what they say . AAT providers aren't listed specifically, but we seem to fit most of the criteria. Plus it could be to your college's benefit if they can say their students can get a discount tube card!<BR><BR>Once you've got the student Oyster ID, you can then get the student rates on the Oyster card.<BR><BR>Let us know how you get on.<BR><BR>Julian
