Unit 21 WWC. Can anyone help me please?

Hello for my WWC project, unit 21 I have to print off the screens showing my folders and their contents. I have tried to do it but don't know how. The obvious way (file and print ) does not come up.<BR>It would be great if anyone knows how to do this. At the moment I am considering photographing the screen but feel there must be a better way.<BR>Thank you

    If you get the screen you want - on your keyboard (next to scroll lock) is a button that says print scrn. Press that. Then open word and right click on a blank page whereupon the paste option should be there. If you click on that it should give you a screen dump there.<BR><BR>Good luck<BR>Annette

    Print Screen button copies the entire screen to the clipboard or Alt + Print Screen copies just the active window. As mentioned already you can then paste this into Word.<BR><BR>Craig
