Absorption rates

I'm STILL having real problems with absorption rates!! <BR><BR>It is really annoying because I used to know these but now I get so confused. <BR><BR>Can anyone explain an easy way to remember these?<BR><BR>If anyone has the osbourne books and can tell me the workbook answer to 1.3 a. & b. that would be great. <BR><BR>I have really confused myself!!! <BR><BR>Thanks
