heyy,
studying foundation, this may b a really silly and simple question, but i'm working on ledger accounts.
the example below shows
cash account
debit credit
1.1.X5 capital 10,000 2.1.X5 purchases 2,500
5.1.x5 Sales 3,000 4.1.X5 delivery van 1000
13000 11.1.X5 C\d 9,500
B/d 9,500
Can someone please explain what C/d and B/d stands for, i can see what they have done to balance it out, but need a bit more explanation on it.
thanx

Re:help!!
Hi Harms.
It is Carried Down & Brought Down.
Also, you could have Carried Forward & Brought Forward.
