Duplicate Invoices Help please

Hiya, just done my first key skills exam and passed, yippeee but told i have to write a statement on 'Duplicate Invoices' please help cannot find anything in the books about this.

Think i am being a bit dilly but i do need advice

    Hey there well done on the skills test. Duplicated invoicing is simple and easy basically what you need to do is return the invoice to the supplier if it is picked up before entering any day books if it is to late and it as entered your books of prime entry then you are going to need to advise the supplier and ask for credit note to offset the costs.
