Can someone please explain the accrual & prepayment in relation to ETB and also the suspence account.My balance is not correct I think I am getting it mixed up somewhere.

    On the ETB accruals go in the adjustment column as a debit on the row that needs adjusting ie rent. and the same figure goes in the accruals row as a credit. i havent covered suspense account thoroughly enough to advise you sorry, hope this helps

    there isnt a suspense it should get cleared at trial balance level adjustments !!
