Duplicate Invoices?

Just been told that i have to write a statement on duplicate invoices, for unit 2 cannot find anything about them anywere please help

    Basically you need to write a statement about what you would do in the instance of receiving a duplicate invoice. For example, if it had been paid twice then you would request a credit note from the supplier.
