Health and Safety Story Board - Help Please

Hi.
I am studying the NVQ AAT.
I was meant to have the Health & Safety in on 29/11/05, however they have given me another few weeks.
My problem is my supervisor refuses to sign off any of the H&S I have done.
Does anyone know of a way round this as I have it all done, I just can't get it signed off.
Also, my employer is not keen on my doing the AAT in the first place as they seem reluctant to help anyone who wants to better theirselves and move on, I think because the turnover of staff is quite high, (I wonder why??)
Can anyone help please?

you can make it up yourself but get somebody else to sign it but put underneath the signiture something like general accountant....you can make evereything up for h+s0 -

Your tuition provider can ask you some verbal questions to confirm that the work is yours (act as the sign off) and then there is no need to forge a signature!!!!!0
