    Have not got figures to hand - what figures are you using & what is the scenario

    Oh - ok now I see......

    Because it is a short period, the limits (0-10,000 50,000 - 300,000 etc) must be approtioned appropriately. This means that the PCTCT falls within one of the limits and does not therefore get marginal relief
