Too much for June?

Hi

I've just passed the Cash & Credit Control devolved assesment in December.

Do you think I can complete the remaining units 8,9 & 11 by June? Thats the two centrals for financial & the one central for costing - ignoring the project and the auditing devolved which I'm going to do in March.

I'd appreciate peoples views as I'd really like to complete the AAT asap.

Many thanks.

Ben

    Hi Ben.

It is possible to do all 3 units in the June sitting - some people take 4!

There is some overlap between units 8 & 9, so that should help. You won't pass AAT until you have finished your project and have had it signed off - so the sooner you complete your project the better.

    Scott.

    Morning All

For the past "so many" years, the college I'm at (Alton College, Hampshire) has always taught Technician over 4 terms - so ours was meant to be Sept 05 to Dec 06. The original plan was for us to take the CMCC sim in Dec 05, 3 exams in June 06 and 2 in Dec 06. The project would be on going and the Auditing sim thrown in at some point.

But, come the middle of October - after 15 people in my class have paid for the course, been told it will be over 4 terms - the college turn round and tell us that it will only be 3 terms!! They have changed their mind due to the way their funding has changed - they only get money for us if the NVQ is studied in 1 year!

So, we now face 5 exams in June!!!! We took and passed the CMCC sim in Dec 05 but now have to study for 5 exams in June 06. We will then, if you want to, have the option to study the Auditing sim for 4 (INTENSIVE) weeks from the week after the exams, until mid July.

How harsh is that?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! We have all put in complaints and had an AAT area manager in before Xmas to tell them how bad it all has got. We have yet to receive any form of apology from the college.
