Hi

I have an idea for my project which is to do with the implemenation of a new computer system which covers most of 10.2 but I am quite stuck on the managing people bit as i don't do any of that in my role (I am only a finance officer) :roll: whereabouts within the report should this be included and does anyone have any ideas how to prove competence in somehting i don't do? Also how have people referenced their reports - in the margins or using a matrix grid?

    Think simple.

    "My company trains 2 people to do each job incase someone is ill" etc. Those kind of things.

    Motivation.

    etc.

    State the obvious e.g. trainig

    thanks, did you write a section purely about staff then to cover the contingencies? Would this be in the analysis of current system part?

    When I did it, I added a managing people section before the analysis of current system. It was pretty much made up by using the things i needed to meet the objective/tasks (cant remember the assessment name) then adding something to go with it.
