Jobs while training

Does anybody no what are the best jobs to go for?
My hours are dropping so need to leave the office i work in but trying to get in a accounts and they all want about a years working in accounts or admin! As i'm only half way through my first year i havent got that! I dont even no what i'm looking for when looking!

    I'm also interested in the above. I will be completing Advanced Certificate in the summer this year through the new Diploma route and soon the company I work for will be closing. So it would be nice to hear people's experiences in finding jobs in acocunts.

    I started looking for a job straight from school in July/August and there was LOADS for trainees. I've been looking for jobs a for a friend but there is absolutely nothing atm. Best to look at the end of the school year july/aug/sept time, I find thats when all the trainee positions come up. I looked in the local newspapers but they're rubbish :P I find most jobs on www.jobcentreplus.com by looking under admin and finance/legal

    Hi,

    Get in touch with the local Agencies to see if they have any jobs coming up, even if you can't get the ideal job at the moment sometimes by taking something to bide your time is better than nothing and eventually your perfect job will come up. (I know that when I was in your situation I waited my time and now I am pleased that I did because I love my job.)

    But whatever you do don't rush into anything to fast as normally when people do that they live to regret it at a later stage.
