US GAAP comparison

Anybody recommend a good book that gives an overview of the differences between UK and US GAAP?

So far, the only ones I've managed to find online are in excess of £75 and so I'm guessing go in to great depth.

I have done a little bit of UK to US GAAP work and am possibly going to be interviewed for a senior position in the UK reporting direct to the US so feel it would be useful to have a bit of an overview of the differences and adjustments that will be required.

    Hi TLG,

    Most books will be around this price. The best bet is to log on to financial reporting council site (not sure of the address) and see if there is anything there worth downloading. Alternatively, I would do a search using Google.
