Hi buddly,
Can't help with PCR as I'm sure that's something to do with costing which I am bobbins at. What are you struggling with on DFS?

How much of a struggle is PCR?
I am in the early stages of putting together a series of revision days up and down the country. Manchester, Oxford, (possibly Haverfordwest), Bristol/Bath, Croydon all look promising and there may be more. Email me with your location (if that is what you're looking for)

Key tips from Alan Cull the new examiner:-
Read the question - I'm sure you've heard it (or a stronger similar one) before but people were writing answers that were not asked for in the last exam.
-
AND show how you got your answer. Wrong answers with workings to show that you did not guess, could get you through the exam.
I'm not expecting a dramatic change this time but be sure you can-
Prepare production budgets for planning purposes
-
Recognise what to do when a key resource is in short supply
-
Produce a flexible budget and make a comparison with the actual performance
-
Explain how people's behaviour could be affected by the budgets they are give
Other things can obviously be there e.g forecasting using simple regression or time series, or sampling. But I would keep the 4 points I've given you, on your revision list.

Hi Sandy,
Thanks for your help. I live very near Chichester actually in Waterlooville! But I'm just looking for any tips anyone has to offer. I struggle with knuckling down and doing revision, I will focus on your pointers.
Cheers again,
Buddly0
