PRAR question help

ive got an extra question to do to go with my skills test and am still stuck on it so wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction for help? it is about input tax, but firstly can anyone advise, will it be ok for me to post the question here?

    Hi there

    No one has replied so I thought it might help you to look at the HM Customs and Excise site:

    It has loads of info which can be overwhelming but might help. I shouldn't worry too much if it is the same question my answer was a bit lame and it got passed ok.
