I am just in the middle of getting my evidence together for Unit 23 and failing miserably!Would anyone be able to e-mail me some ideas as I am really stuck!It would be really appreciated.

    Personal effectiveness - I am struggling with 23.2B i just can't think of a scenario.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to interrupt your thread, but I am trying to do the same assignment. I thought that I would use my staff appraisal as evidence. I don't know if your employer does anything like this?

    It's ok don't worry.

    Yes they do that's a good idea. I need to wait until the end of the month to get mine as I haven't had one before!
