AAT record of achievement

Hello there,
I am a BPP home study student about to send in my final foundation unit for marking. Once I am passed "competent" I will have completed all units for the foundation stage.
With each unit I have been sending in the relevant "Unit evidence summary report" included in my portfolio package received from the AAT when I became a student member.
Should I also send in the "AAT record of achievement" to BPP now I am sending in my final work?
Also, when I have received all foundation units back from BPP marked competent, does my portfolio have to be sent to the AAT? Or do BPP contact AAT on my behalf to say I have completed the FOundation level?
Any answers you can give me will be much appreciated. I realise all of the above is really a question for BPP, but if any of you are students with them you will realise why I'm trying this forum first

Re:AAT record of achievement
Hi
I shouldn't worry to much about the record of acheivemnet, this is like a front cover for your portfolio.
BPP (and any other centre) should inform the AAT each time you they 'sign off' a unit for you, the AAT then update your records accordingly. When the AAT have recorded all your units as complete, they will send you your Certificate. You wont need to send your portolio off to the AAT.Neil0 -
Re:AAT record of achievement
If you are with BPP, also call AAT to check they have advised them that you have been signed off for a unit.
I was exempt from Unit 21: WWC and had a letter from BPP in 2004 - it wasn't until Jan 06, I realised AAT were not aware of this!! :-)0 -
Re:AAT record of achievement
Thanks Neil and phunky,
I actually received my statement of achievement from AAT showing that I had only passed the Unit 3 exam. BPP hadn't informed them of the 4 other units I had completed. So I will definately contact AAT direct to check they've been informed from now on.
Thanks
