Unit 10 Questions

I have completed my project and in order for me to have unit 10 totally signed off my tutor has given me some written questions for my portfolio.

One of the questions is:
Identify the major external regulations affecting accounting practice.

Does this mean the external bodies like FRC, or am I going down the wrong lines?

I would hate to mess up now after all my hard work

    Hi

    I had a similar question regrding accounting policies and my answer was that the financial statements should comply with all international standards and interpretations as per IAS8.

    i would asume that this is the same thing but don't shout at me if it's not right!!
