Dec 2005 FRA Exam - help

I've just done the dec 2005 paper for FRA and am a little confused regarding the adjustments for the TB when it comes to the new vehicle. Why have they CR £10k to vehicles @ cost a/c? I know it all adds up but shouldn't it be posted to the bank a/c? I'm lost, please help. :lol:

    I my memory serves me right the £10K transaction had already been done. The balance of the MV a/c was £22K and the vehicle cost £12K.

    My answer didn't include the £10K, I just DR £3500 for the PX and CR £12,000 for the disposal. Leaving a balance of £13500 for the new vehicle.

    I passed so think it was right.

    Hi, can anyone give me any good advice. im sitting the fra in june and im not looking forward to it. i have no idea what its all about and i have attended every lesson. Where have i gone wrong? :cry:
