Also anyone know how long it takes Sandy Hood to get back to you in regard to ECR revision dates ? Not sure if i have sent my email to the wrong address or not.

Re:ECR Study Notes
Hi
Don't know if this will help, but i just learnt a few sentences of Payback period etc as something was bound to come up in the exam.
Payback Period - The time it takes to get back your initial investment. The payback period can be used as a guide when either accepting or rejecting a project.
IRR - Defined as the 'rate of discount' - when applied to a project's cashflow - results in a zero NPV
NPV - Future cashflows are discounted to a present value at a discount rate - reflecting the riskiness of the project.
Hope that helps a little bit. I just remembered these few sentences and i passed!! So good luck with your exam!
Can't help you about Sandy Hood though sorry!
