Help

I am trying to complete section 2 however I am being asked to perform ROCE etc ratios but the balance sheet is not given.

It would appear there is a sheet missing or is it I am missing something?

If anyone has the answer please let me know.

    I got youer question on an email too and sent you my answer to section 1 and the link to the question, but I think I have missed your point.

    I have copied the question:-
    Task 2.1
    (a)Calculate the following performance indicators for Model F and Model H for April:
    (i)budgeted contribution margin
    (ii)actual contribution margin
    (iii)budgeted gross profit margin
    (iv)actual gross profit margin
    (v)actual capacity ratio
    (vi)actual efficiency ratio

    Look at it: None of the ratios asked for require the balance sheet. ROCE is not on the list.

    At times like this it is tempting to look at a question and then ASS-U-ME that it is asking for a full list. This time the ratios can be calculated from the information given.

    If anyone else is looking at this with the exam approaching, please don't be offended if I say
      read the question
      take a deep breath
    then
      read the question again

    Hopefully by then your pulse rate will have slowed down enough for the question to make sense.
