Does anyone notice that the 05 papers seem to be a bit easier than the 04 and 03 papers? Might just be me.

    I'm the opposite, I reckon all the past papers for intermediate have got progressively harder!! :-o

    I find the PLB and the FRA Exam for each year more or less the same level. But I have noticed that for each past paper on FRA there is more variation in topics. I find that the recent FRA papers ask more questions on Disposals and slightly less questions on preparing current a/c.

    Yeah I definately felt that with the ECR papers - I hope it's the same with tomorrow's paper, although that's just wishful thinking.

    ECR June 05 & Dec 05 are very similar and not difficult.

    I found Dec'04 pretty different and difficult and actually if you see the Chief's Assesors Report for the ECR Dec'04 paper you will see that a lot of tasks where not "well done" as they point out.

    I think they found lots of people did not perform well on the previous papers so they changed the template.

    I just hope tomorrow's exam will have the same template as the last 2 exams, otherwise..... :shock:

    Have a quick look at the last issue of the AAT magazine.
    Les (the Nightingale Chief Assessor of Unit 6) wrote an article on page 30 called "Lost in the process" (Process Costing).

    So process Costing is going to be one of the tasks.
