what are everyones thought about the biztax paper,

at first I thought i looked OK, but I made soo many stupid mistakes, for instance I taxed the divs paid at 19%, i disallowed redecoration, I said that corps pay tax 3 times a year (sept, jan and april), thats what comes to mind but there were many other mistakes.

I think resits in winter :x

    well you arent alone i messed up big style too...

    I dont know what happened but I seemed to have totally missed the Divs paid out of my answer!

    I said that corp tax was payable 3 times too .. 31 jan 31 july and final balance 31 jan - got mixed up with something else I think.

    Oh and the part about the tax and NI implications for the partnership in section 1 I dont think I got right - what did you put for this? :shock:

    Corporation Tax is due nine months and one day after the end of the accounting period, except for large companies.
