Im a bit unnerved by what im reading here. Will someone please tell me what was so 'different' about 1.2?

Im guessing ive dropped a bit of a clanger here!

    You needed to rework the labour hours that you calculated in 1.1 as there were 3 people off sick and figure out if you could do the extra order.
