SSP

Hello everyone,
I'm a little stuck on SSP. I know that the first three qualifying days are waiting days and no SSP should be paid, but do we pay them as normal or give them no pay.
Help with this would be much appreciated.

    Hi Steve,

    They would reveive no pay under the Statutory Sick Pay but if the company has their own Sick Pay Scheme it will be different.
