Hello all I'n new to this website but I need help if anyone can shed some light on this? I'm just finishing my knowledge and understanding questions for unit 23 and I'm stuck :(
Question says 'Setting self development objectives'- I dont understand what this means can anyone help???

    hello again

    i think i just found it.. i did a table with columns for 'identify own development needs' 'what u need to do to achieve it ie: 1 day at college' 'timescale u aim for' 'who if anyone needs to agree. ie: manager at work' what resourse u need to achieve it. ie: day off work'..

    i think basically they just want u to show that u can set urself targets and that u know what u need to do to acheive those targets..
