Just received the Technician Units 8 & 9 Audio CD by BPP that I 'won' on Ebay.

The CD for Unit 8 is missing '...enhancement of value...'

    how can that happened ? you should contact the seller straightway , i can not believe that some student would do that ,keep informed

    I've sent them an email so I will just have to be patient. In the meantime, I've ordered one from BPP. Hey ho! 8)

    If there is still no response or reasonalable explaination , i suggest you shold leave some comments on ebay or feedback of this particular seller , i really wish the seller is not what we thought11

    I would give the seller bad feedback if i was you, tihs will put others buying from him as well.

    I hate leaving bad feedback. I will wait for their response. It might be a genuine mistake. Perhaps the CD is still in their player!

    However, I have re-checked their description and there are a couple of inaccuracies compared with the item received.

    I won't lose any sleep over it, but it is annoying - especially as I have a test this weekend and wanted to use it in the car before then. 8)

    Can't you reclaim the money? if you use the standard way of paying (can't remember what its called) youre insured if you don't get what you purchased.

    Could you tell me how you managed to order through BPP, I can't find any AAT CDs on their website.

    And would you mind telling me who sold you the CD on eBay, as a similar incident happened to me.

    I had the same conversation with BPP - they don't advertise the CD's on their site. I can't understand why not. Their number is 020 8740 2222

    As for Ebay - if you search for completed items with AAT CD Technician 8 & 9, you should see if it's the same person.

    Its a PDF from the BPP website that is the combined brochure and order form for their AAT materials, including their "Success CDs".

    Hi,

    I sell on ebay on a regular basis and it may just be a simple mistake. I would wait for a response from the seller before taking any action.

    Obviously you can contact paypal if you paid through them.

    Glad to hear it worked out - I had a similar situation - bought a load of revision books from someone only to find when they came through they were 8 years old and a child had scribbled all over them - no mention of this in the description !!!!! Certainly wouldn't buy that sort of thing from ebay again.....
