    Hi

    I found the best thing that helped me get started was to look at afew areas and do SWOT analysis for those areas. e.g. fraud, contingency planning, communication and training.
    It really helped me to highlight where strengths and weaknesses lay and what options were available in order to solve the issues.
    After that i got started and wrote out an intro to the comapny and its background, delved into morre detail on the accounts dept. and then went straight into reccommendations and cost/bens analysis.
    you can write all the other stuff aler, e.g. the exec summ and terms of ref.

    Has anyone used a simulation for their project?? I'm struggling to find a work based topic, so think I might have to, but I'm not sure whether it will be even harder? Also, if I request a simulation and it's really nasty, will I be committed to using it, or could I pull out and resort to a work based senario instead?
