Hi

i have just had my results and i failed all three DFS,PCR and PTS. which i am really dissappointed. i feel that my college let me down this year, i passed my other two years with flying colours and this year we had rubish teachers and no one was helpfull

i need advice because i want to complete my course i want to be qualified. can i take my pass mark from audit exam i did last year with me? i want to do a home study from bpp. has any one done this?

also i am not too sure whether to take a year out or go someonewhere else starting this september which doesnt leave me enough time.

any help would be appreciated

    Hi Bookworm.

    Sorry you've had a bad time at college.

    You can take your audit result - you won't have to resit it.

    Home study is okay, as long as you are committed - you have to put the hours in.

    If you take a year out, you may forget what you have learnt this year!

    Now you have passed audit its done regardless of how you continue to study.

    If you can i would keep going i took a 2 year break in between level 3 and technician and i found it alot harder to get my head back into it :? .

    I think i would like to do home study as i am dedicated to my work, i want to be qualified and i will do anything to get it.

    what do i need to do to take my audit result with me? do i need to get my portfolio signed and they inform AAT that i passed my audit exam?

    Once the AAT have been notified of your Audit pass, it will appear on your Statement of Achievement.

    Hi,
    Homestudy is fine, i would be wary of BPP and i've also heard FTC are simular, their administration is awful!! I did Units 15 and 17 homestudy with BPP and it has taken me 4 months to have my papers marked! Would have been longer if i hadn't been on thier case everyday! As a result of this i will now have to wait until September to receive my certificate as they reported my results to late.

    Hope you get on better then i did though, and good luck!

    I have to agree with Sammy - BPP's administration is dreadful.
