Does anyone know how you go about complaining about one of your colleges.

Basically, I have passed all my exams (PEV, PCR and DFS in the June 06 sitting) and am only waiting for my MSP to be signed off.

I sent this to the tutor at FTC six months ago and it still hasn't been marked. She went off on sick leave with o one covering her work. Then I contacted another tutor who has now gone on hols without telling letting me know.

This has cost me some very nice job positions and has also delayed my CIMA.

Please advise.

    Well I'm not quite sure why you have had such a delay. I sent mine in last week (first draft) and had feedback the next day!!!

    Try calling them and demanding to speak to someone about it. Who's your assessor? Speak to them and if not ask to speak to someone else.

    Hi mine was Lise Choo but I'm doing Audit with Kay Staff so she's marking unit 10 too. Sounds like a good job I did change assessors!! Kay is on holiday till September though so i can't really suggest ringing her.

    Try speaking to Lise and air your views!!!

    Thanks. I have written a stern email, but they are really not paying any notice.

    I may get Kay to mark my project when she's back from her hols, unless its marked by then.

    This is holding everything up for me. Arghhh

    Have you tried sending it again. least then IF they have lost it or something it will be there for certain. Also if its in a marking pile least it will be on the top and not 6 months down!

    I have sent it through by email several times. Its getting really frustrating as its holding me back.

    I think I am going to put a complaint in writing to the head of studies TODAY.

    hiya,

    waterfalls.. don't know if you still remember me but thought I'd let you know that i've passed my exams BUT my project hasn't been signed off so i cant start ACCA. i sent it again and she looked at it briefly and told me to redraft but she didnt help me at all. whenever i call her shes either not in or can't speak to me or shes forgotten me. she tld me she'd meet me in july on a weekend and then she wasn't there!! my first draft was handed in March. this isn't worth my money!!! which other college is good in london apart from BBP anyone?

    Yeah I do remember you. Congrats. I passed all my exams too. I have contacted Lise is she is very helpful now. Must have been a blip in the system. Try contacting her again.

    Yes, I have. I have now completed it and it has been recognised by the AAT. I am finally qualified.
