Re:Graduation
Hi PJ / Summer,
The AAT hold achievement awards every year around October/November time to celebrate the people who have passed their exams and progressed to full membership.
The link below gives you details of all the AAT achievement awards for 2006, eligibility, locations etc.

They are well worth attending as it is recognition of all the hard work you have put in. They fill up very fast so when you get your invite it is best to reply ASAP. They didn't have them when I qualified but I was lucky enough to attend the Bournemouth ceremony last year as a Branch Representative.

Re:Graduation
Sounds good to me.
What is the format? Is it anything like graduation (i.e cap and gown), or is it a more casual affair?

Re:Graduation
The "dress code" is not cap and gown but it is usually "smart business wear".
There is a champagne reception before and buffet afterwards. There are some speeches and then people are called up in groups and they get presented with a certificate - usually by either the AAT President or AAT Vice-President. And photos are taken of the presentation which you can buy.
Also, there are usually representatives from the Branch Network there along with people from Robert Half etc. who you can talk to.0
