New 'clearer' SA statements...

I've just received a 'new style' SA statment with a flyer boasting how much clearer and easy to understand it is. and then they go and include the line 'Repayment adjusted for Over-repayment recovery'!! what's a one of those meant to be?! I know what it's meant to be so can just about work it out, but how's joe bloggs meant to have a clue?
keeps us in business i suppose...

    I think I shall mention this to the Working Together meeting next week and watch their faces when they try to explain in human terms what it means !

    Ok.... just been to the working together meeting.

    A lot of confused faces.

    The chap in charge of payments will have discussions with head office in order to simplyfy any future statements !
