Clients P11D wrong

I dont know if i meant to be posting in this seen as i'm still a lil' student, I'm just doing a Tax Return for a client and there is only me and another junior in the office and i could really do with some help.
I've just come to put the P11D on the tax return but to my horror it's been calculated all wrong, what do I do? just leave it as it is or put the correct figs on the TR and make a note in the other information section?

HELP!

    Amen to that!

    Definately pass this one back up the food chain.

    If your firm prepared the P11D then it's damage limitation time.
