    I started aat intermedate 2 weeks ago and struggling a bit as i did'nt do foundation. I was reading through the messages for the first time last night and came across your message.

    However, they are in pdf format rather than Excel which is what this post is all about...

    Looking for a little advice, I have been thinking of purchasing excel for a while now ( the kids have been mithering for ages), had a look are your templates compatable with the 2007 version?

    Don't mean to sound dumb but not that IT literate :oops:

    No worries, Jackie!

    God, the ETB tutorial would take forever to write and I'd have to charge you! Chris - CJC - might have one already written though if you send him a private message and ask!

    My templates were designed in Excel 2003 so should be forward compatible with any versions including and after this. Problems only generally occur when you try to retro-load file types in an earlier version of the software i.e. if you tried to open my 2003 version in Excel 1999.

    If you're after a version of Excel, you could do worse than buy the student version of Microsoft Office 2007 which includes both Word and Excel.
