Can anyone help, where on the p&l does Directors Remuneration go?

    Are you looking at limited companies? If so it is an expense to the business as they are treated as employees of the company, and it goes in the overheads section of the Income Statement. Chapter 2 of the Osborne book covers this if you are using it.
