Incomplete Records?

Hi, i'm having a bit of trouble with incomplete records in unit 5. I'm doing distance learning with FTC Kaplan and I find that the book I have doesn't actually explain things very well. They explained it in basic terms then the activity covered things I didn't have clue about.

Has anyone got any notes on incomplete records or know where I can get some more information from?
