Filing of Limited Company Accounts

When do limited company accounts for the year ended 30th September 2005 need to be filed by? I don't do these accounts, it is for a company that I am a director of.

    Hi TC,

    The accounts should have been filed by 30/07/06 (10 months after the y/e)
