Well pick one for every day. You can wake up tomorrow and start with:
รขโฌลIt has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.รขโฌย
...er well maybe not. Not the sort of thing to put a smile on your face is it.
EDIT: ok they are a bit too depressing i'll blast them.0 -
Re:Thought for the day
I got sent the following by a client:
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."

Re:Thought for the day
Well most of my thoughts for the day have been for my new 'girlfriend' - well okay she's 41! - who I met for the first time on Sunday evening, saw last night and seeing again on Saturday!
She's flipping lovely...........! Aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!

Why do people have to include God in things. That would be such a great saying, without tying it in with God!!0 -
Re:Thought for the day
Examiner, please grant me the sense to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can (using correction fluid in moderation) and the wisdom to calculate my variances correctly.
Prayers won't help me!

And in a similar vein -
Just because I am paranoid does not mean that they are not out to get me.0 -
Re:Thought for the dayBryony wrote:Never put off until tomorrow that which you can do today
True, but I preferred Frank Spencer's version...
... don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow!
The procrastinator's equation;
If you don't need to do it today
plus
If you don't have time and/or the inclination to do it today
equals
Don't bloomin' do it today!
Oh and another paranoid one...
I went to see the doctor today and he said I was paranoid. Well, he didn't actually say it, but I know he was thinking it...
