Can someone please explain to me whether or not employers contrubtions to an emplyees pension are taxable? Or would the tax just be paid on withdrawal of funds?

    Employers' contributions to pension schemes are not taxable as part of employment income...the employee only pays tax on his pension when he draws it!

    So if it gives employee and employer contribution, you just gross up employees contribution and extend the band accordingly?
